I have helped buyers find their home whether it is in any in-city neighborhood or the surrounding areas. I have worked with all walks of life, from helping first-time buyers to easing the transition to nursing homes and many other unique situations. Call me for more information about how I can help you.
I started with Windermere in Madison Park in 1988. I then worked at Windermere Seattle Lakeview from 2020 to 2025. I'm now proudly a part of Windermere Silverdale. With over 30 years of experience living in Seattle and 5 years living in Kitsap County, I know the area well and can counsel you on the best neighborhoods to suit your needs. I take pride in delivering great results for my clients. I start by listening carefully to what you want to achieve with the sale or purchase of your home and then work tirelessly to help you reach your goals.
A portion of every Windermere agent's commission goes to help homeless families in our area. I was the Representative from the Madison Park office for 14 years and made sure our dollars helped programs like The Forgotten Children, Seattle Habitat for Humanity, Denny Place Youth Shelter, Health & Nutrition Programs, and many of the Seattle Public Schools that have numerous homeless sites. I served on the Montlake Advisory Council at the Montlake Community Center for 10 years and was the Montlake Community Club Treasurer. I spent many hours volunteering at Seattle Public Schools and Seattle Prep. Here at Windermere Silverdale, we proudly support local nonprofits such as Olive Crest, The Coffee Oasis, and Kitsap Humane Society. Additionally, I participate in Windermere's annual Community Service Day where we close our offices and donate our time to a local community service project.
